The Galveston LNG Bunker Bunker Port joint venture was formed in 2023 by Pilot LNG and Seapth Group. However, GLBP is not new. The project concept has been under development since 2019 when Pilot identified the Houston-Galveston region as a future key bunkering hub for LNG.
